The Puppy PT
The Puppy PT is a small service-based business in Melbourne, offering dog walking and house-sitting services. They take pride in providing peace of mind to pet owners that their fur babies are cared for while they are away.
The business owner did not enjoy creating social media content and was also struggling to find the time to do so. They inquired about my services so they could get back to the aspects of the business that they love. Ultimately they decided on my 'Foundation' social media management package and we began working together to optimise their social media presence.
SOCIAL MEDIA PLAN
I first overhauled The Puppy PT's instagram bio to make it more personalised, ensuring that their services were clearly outlined and location was specified for search optimisation. Social media content was created for Facebook and Instagram, including captions and relevant hashtags, to showcase what the business does, the value of their service, and to build brand loyalty; with the ultimate goal of obtaining new clients. I utilised Instagram Reel trends to create light-hearted content and reach new audiences.
RESULTS SNAPSHOT
In the first 90 days, this new strategy resulted in a 212% increase in Facebook post reach, and a 172% increase in Instagram post reach. Reach is the number of accounts that saw at least one post from this Page, and is a good metric for estimating the success of brand awareness campaigns. Additionally to this, both accounts’ engagement increased by 1.5k% and 538% which showcases significant growth.
